I am very new to Red Shoes Accountancy having only just taken over the role as treasurer of Littleport Life Magazine. This said magazine is published every 3 months and distributed to every house in the village of Littleport.
I had no hand over instructions at all so I was literally thrown into the deep end. My first dealings were with Victoria Cooper who I found extremely helpful and understanding. From then on, my contact was with Lorraine Partridge with whom I felt totally at ease. Lorraine kept me up to date with the progress of the audit and worked hard to enable me to have access to certain aspects of the accounts to allow me to proceed with the running of the magazine.
On completion I collected the paperwork from their offices, Lorraine answered all my questions in a relaxed way that made me feel I could take my time and go over one or two of the finer points I was uncertain of.
